His background includes personal training, yoga instruction, and Latin dance teaching — bringing a diverse and dynamic approach to movement and wellness.

His mission is rooted in helping others overcome injuries, heal from trauma, and reach meaningful personal goals. Vic is deeply committed to shifting mindsets and inspiring people to become stronger, more empowered versions of themselves.

With expertise in strength, mobility, flexibility, breathwork, nutrition, aerobic conditioning, balance, active recovery, and sleep, Vic offers a comprehensive and sustainable approach to long-term health and well-being.
